Rose Aebig

Rose Aebig has over 30 years of experience in Human Resources. Rose began their career in 1990 as a Human Resources Liaison for Pioneer Electronics. In 1998, they moved to JD Edwards ERP as a Senior Group Human Resources Manager. In 2001, they became a Regional Human Resources Manager and Senior HR Business Partner for Fireman's Fund Insurance Company. In 2003, they took a role as Regional Human Resources Manager for Trend Micro. In 2006, they joined Broadcom as a Senior Manager of Human Resources and Senior HR Business Partner. In 2011, they became the Director of Global Human Resources Business Partner for International Rectifier an Infineon Technologies Company. In 2015, they were the Head of People Development for the Americas region at Infineon Technologies. In 2018, they took a role as Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources for California Credit Union. In 2020, they founded and became the HR Director for Ignite HR Partners. In 2022, they moved to Menlo Micro as the Senior Director of Global Human Resources.

Rose Aebig has a well-rounded educational background in Human Resources and Business Administration. Rose earned their MS in Human Resources Design from Claremont Graduate University, their BA in Business Administration & HR Management from California State University, Fullerton, and their MS in Organizational Development and Leadership from Fielding Graduate University. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including California Law HR Specialty Credential Certified from SHRM, Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) from WorldatWork, Certified Facilitator DISC from Disc, Inc., Certified Facilitator for CCL Leadership 360 Assessment from Center for Creative Leadership, Certified Global Human Resources Professional (GPHR) from SHRM, Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM, and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from SHRM.
