Kate Terrell

Kate Terrell is the current Chief Human Resources Officer at Menlo Security. Prior to joining Menlo Security, Kate was the SVP and CHRO at Driscoll's from January 2016 to January 2019. Kate has also held the position of VP, Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness at Eagle Family Foods (now part of JM Smucker Co) from January 2003 to November 2007. During their time at Eagle Family Foods, Kate led the team that successfully integrated the HR functions of two companies following a merger. Prior to their work in the food industry, Kate spent several years in the retail sector working as a Project Manager for Limited Brands and as a Manager at Accenture, where they helped companies implement large scale change through technology, processes and people.

Kate Terrell has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. Kate also has a Certificate in Human Capital Effective Organizations from the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business. Kate is currently preparing to be a Corporate Director at Harvard Business School Executive Education.
