Leslie Lynch

Leslie Lynch has extensive work experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, and human resources. Leslie has held senior leadership roles in various companies, including Menlo Security Inc., where they currently serve as the Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition & People Operations. Prior to that, they worked at Syncopation, Inc. as an Advisor. Leslie also worked at Couchbase as a Senior Manager of Global Sales Recruiting, and at Palo Alto Networks as an Executive Recruiter. Leslie has also held positions at ForgeRock, VIA home, MobileScore.net, SilkRoad technology, Stuart Lynch & Associates, and ypOne Publishing, where they gained experience in talent acquisition, HR consulting, employee relations, and managing legal issues.

Leslie Lynch received a BA in Political Science from UC Santa Barbara, attending from 1993 to 1995.
