Tim Lawlor

Tim Lawlor has a diverse work experience that spans over many years. Most recently, they have been working as the Head of Business Intelligence for Menlo Security Inc. since April 2021. Prior to this role, Tim worked at Redbox, where they held various positions over the course of several years. Tim'slast position at Redbox was as the Senior Business Intelligence & Data Engineering Manager from November 2016 to April 2021. In this role, Tim was responsible for overseeing and managing the company's data business intelligence and analytics strategy. Tim also played a key role in the migration of data warehouses to the cloud and implemented agile processes to streamline business analysis. Before their time at Redbox, Tim worked as a Business Intelligence Manager from April 2014 to November 2016 and as a Senior Business Intelligence Developer from November 2009 to April 2014. In these positions, they managed the product development lifecycle, trained and mentored staff, and collaborated cross-functionally to ensure optimal performance of business intelligence solutions. Tim's earlier experience includes roles as a Software Operations Specialist and a Level 1 Machine Support Tech. Tim Lawlor earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Illinois State University in the years 2003 to 2007. Later, they pursued a Master of Science in Computer Science from North Central College between 2010 and 2014. Lastly, Tim completed their education with a Master of Science in Data Science from Elmhurst University from 2016 to 2018. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in August 2020.
