Eric Reiners

Eric Reiners is the Founder and CTO of Be Well Innovation, LLC, where practices aimed at enhancing joy and meaningful impact through neuroscience-backed techniques are implemented. Reiners serves as an Executive Coach at INTOO, providing career development support globally, and holds positions as a Limited Partner at Nurture Ventures and an Advisory Member at Menlo Ventures. Reiners has an advisory role at Kronologic.AI and has contributed to the UP Education Network's mission to improve underperforming schools through technology integration. Previously, Reiners held various leadership positions at Rapid7, including CIO and Vice President of Applied Engineering, and worked at Serena Software in managerial and development roles. Reiners holds a Master’s degree in Applied Neuroscience from King's College London and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Physics from the University of Northern Iowa.
