MennoMolendijk is an independent consulting and training firm that specializes in initiating and guiding (behavioral) change in the field of Learning, Leadership and Change. MennoMolendijk was founded in 1996 and has since conducted more than six hundred projects in over two hundred organizations. The services in the first few years were conducted under the name SecondNature.

The clientele consists largely of (multi) national organizations. In recent years the MennoMolendijk team serves increasingly the top of the SME segment (organizations between 10 and 250 million turnover). Among our clients are several government agencies.
