Menopause Reality is a project that aims to help employers retain their female workforce, improve professional training for healthcare providers, and directly support women, by raising awareness, understanding and empathy about the reality of the menopause, for those impacted by it.

The project uses deeply engaging immersive/VR technology, to empathise and make a deep and long lasting connection with the audience.   
Designed for small group sessions, attendees view immersive films on a VR headset then engage in a focussed discussion around key impacts and learning points.  The immersive format allows for very direct and intimate sharing of menopause experiences, and ensures that audiences can make strong connections which are shown to deliver powerful influence and cultural change.
