MENPAX was founded on a shared vision between industry leaders who believe construction is more than building structures—it is about shaping environments, economies, and futures.

Born from the combined expertise MAG Group Holding, under the leadership of its Founder and Chairman, Moafaq Ahmad Al Gaddah, has maintained a legacy in the business market since 1978, and AZMEP LLC was established by forming a highly motivated team of engineers and support staff with long track records in Qatar.

The very name MENPAX reflects our core philosophy. Combining "Men"—representing the dedicated human capital and unmatched expertise driving our work—with "Pax" —symbolizing our unwavering
will, resolve, and steadfast commitment—the name stands for a powerful coalition of determination.

Together, MENPAX represents a new generation of construction in Syria where international standards meet local insight.

In a rapidly evolving landscape, MENPAX stands as a symbol of reliability and forward-thinking development, delivering projects that are not only structurally sound but also economically and socially impactful.
