Mental Flex is a mental performance coaching company that is rooted in sport and performance psychology. We provide training on mental skills to enhance an athlete's confidence, reduce nerves, and thrive under pressure.

We are based out of Long Island, NY but serve athletes virtually everywhere. 

Mental Flex is led by a highly qualified expert, Siana Sylvester who has a Masters in Sport and Performance Psychology, is a certified change management consultant, and appeared as a guest speaker at regional and annual Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP) conferences.
