Mental Toughness Partners is a close community of accredited mental toughness practitioners delivering development programs, workshops, and coaching - across the Asia Pacific region.

After years of chief executive experience, Paul Lyons, an AQR accredited Master Mental Toughness Practitioner, founded our community to help individuals, leaders, teams, and organisations boost grit, mental agility and self-confidence. By building resilient mindsets, businesses can overcome cultural and organisational challenges and pave the way for higher personal and professional performance and wellbeing.

Through accreditation, coaching, and educational sessions, our members are empowered with the tools and knowledge they need to leverage mental toughness in their own (or their clients) workplace. In addition, our frameworks shed light on why people behave the way they do in high-stress situations, providing insights that assist with change management, leadership, onboarding, hiring practices, and more.

Mental Toughness Partners is closely aligned with UK-based AQR International, a highly regarded psychometric developer. We are a licensed distributor of their psychometric measures and certification across Australia and Asia including MTQPlus the world’s leading mindset psychometric, the ILM72 leadership measure, and various flagship development programs.
