Mental Wealth Counselling provides counselling and psychotherapy services for Ontario residents with both in-person and virtual options.

We have a Registered Social Worker and a Registered Psychotherapist available to support you with challenges through evidence-based therapeutic interventions using cognitive and emotional practices.  

We use a variety of therapeutic modalities including CBT, EFT, EMDR, ACT, Narrative Therapy and Strengths-based approaches, targeting treatment based on our clients unique needs.

Our work is grounded in anti-oppressive, trauma-informed practices.
