Mentalis Academy is an online institute for emotional health education, psychosocial learning, and workplace psychological safety.
We create rigorous, accessible programs that help individuals, emerging practitioners, and organizations better understand the emotional and relational dynamics that shape well-being, communication, and human functioning.
Our work is grounded in the belief that emotional health is not a soft add-on to life or work. It influences how people regulate stress, navigate relationships, respond to conflict, make meaning of their experience, and contribute to the environments around them.
Mentalis Academy offers three learning pathways:
• Individual Learning — online courses for people seeking deeper self-understanding, emotional insight, and personal growth.
• The Emotional Health Practitioner Certificate Program — a structured professional development pathway for those seeking a strong foundation in emotional health and psychosocial intervention.
• Corporate Programs — private training for organizations seeking to strengthen psychological safety, emotional regulation, workplace communication, and team functioning.
Our programs are developed by experienced professionals with backgrounds in psychotherapy, psychosocial education, public health, organizational leadership, and adult learning. We combine academic depth with practical application, helping learners move beyond surface-level strategies toward a more meaningful understanding of the underlying psychological processes at work.
Mentalis Academy is based in Montreal, Quebec, and offers programs in English and French.
