Susan Meredith has extensive experience in energy efficiency, sustainability, and process improvement. Susan is currently the CEO of MentaMorph Inc, a mobile financial game company. Previously, they worked as an energy expert at Human Excel, where they incorporated sustainability into various projects. Susan also founded Efficient Energy Enterprises, where they wrote books and articles on energy management and gave talks on energy efficiency. In addition, they co-founded and served as the CEO of Go Green Squads, an energy efficiency solutions company. Prior to their entrepreneurship, they worked for IBM as an engineer and information technology manager. Susan also founded and served as the CEO of Human Excel, a consulting firm that trained over 40 consultants for Fortune 500 companies on Six Sigma methods. Overall, Susan has a wealth of experience in project management, lean methodology, and mentoring.
Susan Meredith holds multiple degrees from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Susan obtained a BS in General Engineering in 1976-1980 and later completed a Masters in Business from Texas McCombs School of Business in 2003-2006. Susan'semphasis in the BS program was General Engineering with a concentration in Computer Hardware Design. Susan also obtained an HVAC License TACLA63751E from TDLR in January 2015.
