Erwin Meinders is an entrepreneur, innovator and coach who currently leads Mentech as founder and CEO and owns MIBeheer. Meinders is the founder and CEO of HIERDIE and is a co-founder of LEXIAN, with a long track record in innovation championing, venturing and strategic business development. The HUME platform from Mentech is an emotion AI system based on real-time physiology features and is clinically validated and MDR class I certified; it is deployed in care organizations in the Netherlands and Austria. Education includes innovation management programs at Vlerick Business School (2008-2009 and 2012-2013) and a leadership program at Vlerick Leuven-Gent Management School (2008-2009).
