James Orme

James Orme is an experienced leader in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as CEO of Juno Energy Ltd since January 2014, where the focus is on developing energy projects in the UK. As the founder and director of Copse Close Solar Farm Ltd since April 2020, James is overseeing the establishment of a solar farm with significant energy storage capabilities. Additionally, James holds a technical and commercial role at Menter Môn Morlais Ltd, contributing to the development of marine energy projects. From November 2017 to March 2024, James was a director at Gower Electric Co, where innovative solutions were implemented for local energy needs. Previous roles include Head of Solar Development at Locogen and Managing Director of Swanturbines Ltd, alongside a foundation in engineering with a PhD in Civil and Computational Engineering from Swansea University.
