Ulrika Drotz

Ulrika Drotz has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Ulrika began their career as a Finance Manager at Sjätte AP fonden, where they worked for seven years. Ulrika then transitioned to Fortos Financial Consulting as a Consultant within Business and Finance Control.

In 2005, Ulrika joined Guide Konsult AB, a high-end IT consultancy company, as a CFO. Ulrika was responsible for finance, IT, and HR during their tenure. After two years, they moved on to KVD Kvarndammen as the CEO. At KVD, they successfully developed the brand and the business, transforming it into a profitable company. Ulrika also oversaw its exit to a private equity fund.

Ulrika briefly worked as an Owner and Consultant at T2M Management AB, specializing in business development, management, and finance. Ulrika also held the role of CFO at T2M Management AB and was responsible for developing financial and performance management methods.

In 2016, Ulrika joined Smart Eye as the CFO and Head of Operations. Ulrika played a crucial role in the company's successful IPO and establishment of a sales office in the U.S. Ulrika also implemented financial and performance management systems.

Ulrika's next move was to Egain Group, where they initially served as the CFO and later became the CEO. At Egain, they focused on developing the company into a scalable and digitally efficient organization within the energy optimization industry.

Most recently, Ulrika joined Maurten as the COO/CFO. Maurten specializes in sports fuels and achieved significant success under their leadership. The company's products gained popularity among top runners worldwide.

Currently, Ulrika is the CFO at Mentice, a position they assumed in 2024.

Ulrika Drotz completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Gothenburg from 1987 to 1991. Ulrika also attended Hvitfeldtska gymnasiet from 1983 to 1986. In 2016, they completed a certification course called Rätt fokus i styrelsearbetet SME from StyrelseAkademien.
