Mohammed Ashfaq

Mohammed Ashfaq is a Site Reliability Engineer at Mentimeter since June 2022, where responsibilities include identifying infrastructure-level and business-level Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and improving the incident handling process. Previously, as a DevOps Engineer at NOMADD Desert Solar Solutions, achievements included modernizing NodeJS and C++ codebases to significantly reduce communication latency and developing Docker images that streamlined setup processes. Mohammed Ashfaq also served as a Software Engineer at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology, enhancing service processes and minimizing paperwork. Early career experiences include roles as a Software Engineer Intern, where design and testing of network components were conducted, and as an iOS Developer and Project Coordinator, leading a team to create a waste management application for the KAUST community. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Computer Science from Northeastern Illinois University and a Bachelor's of Engineering in Computer Science from Osmania University.
