Nikolas Margaritis has a long and diverse work experience in marketing and sales. Nikolas began their career in 2006 as a Marketing & Sales Coordinator at B & S Computers. Nikolas then went on to become the Marketing Manager at G Hospitality from 2014 to 2017, where they managed a team of four specialists and an agency, created five new websites, and developed and managed ATL, BTL, and TTL marketing activities. From 2017 to 2019, they were the Social Media Marketing Specialist at Laureate Online Education, the Marketing Executive at UBM plc, and the Digital Marketing Manager at SafeCharge. In 2019, they became the Senior Digital Marketing Manager at Advidi, where they reported to the VP of Marketing and was responsible for designing the digital marketing strategy for both segments, affiliates and advertisers. Nikolas also led the alignment between Marketing and Sales, created complex automated Hubspot workflows, developed an advanced dashboard, and improved the lead generation during physical events. From 2021 to 2022, they were the Marketing Director at Nerv, where they were responsible for establishing and executing the growth plan and growing the marketing department from the bottom up as part of the leadership team. Nikolas currently holds the role of Growth Manager at Mentionlytics.

Nikolas Margaritis has an extensive educational background. Nikolas obtained a BSc in Management & Economics from Western Greece University of Applied Sciences between 2002 and 2007. In 2014, they completed a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute. Nikolas then went on to attend Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford, where they completed a Digital Marketing: Disruptive Strategy Programme in 2019.
