Chloe Rodman

Chloe Rodman is an experienced professional in coaching operations and strategy consulting, currently serving as the Coaching Operations Lead at Mento since August 2022. Prior to this role, Chloe worked as an Associate in Strategy Consulting on the Client Service Team at AlphaSights from September 2019 to June 2021. Chloe’s diverse background includes teaching English as a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant from August 2018 to August 2019, and coordinating day camps for the City of Corvallis from February 2014 to July 2018. Additional experience includes management of a football team at Claremont-Mudd-Scripps Athletics, internships in risk management at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., psychology research assistance at Claremont McKenna College, and a legal internship at Loyola Law School. Chloe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Claremont McKenna College, where education was completed from 2014 to 2018, following graduation from Corvallis High School in 2014.
