David Mitchell

David Mitchell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and organizational development. Currently serving as a Consultant in Talent & Organizational Development at KeHE Distributors, David develops leaders and builds training pathways to foster growth. In addition, David leads Metaleap Creative as President, where an award-winning design agency collaborates with various organizations on strategic branding and design initiatives. David also provides executive coaching in multiple sectors through Mento. Previously, as President of Paterson Center, David transformed the company into a premium strategic consulting firm before its successful sale. Additional experience includes roles as General Manager at RPS, Investment Analyst at Newworld Capital, Graduate Teaching Assistant at Yale University, and Teacher at Eton College. David holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Oxford and a Master's degree from Yale University.
