Leanne Beveridge

Leanne Beveridge has extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations, currently serving as a member of MENTOR LIST and the World Vision Business Advisory Council since February 2024, as well as an Advisory Council Member for the Australian Industry Group since December 2023. Leanne holds the position of Acting CEO (Chief People Officer) at Baptcare and has been a Non-Executive Director at Donald Cant Watts Corke since August 2017. As Director at BMC Australasia since June 2009, Leanne focuses on tailored people, talent, and coaching solutions for organizational performance. Previous roles include Executive General Manager of People Culture & Safety at Zenitas Healthcare and GM People at Zinfra. Leanne's educational background spans multiple institutions, including an MBA from RMIT University and a Company Directors Diploma from AICD, complemented by certifications in Neuro-linguistic Programming and Yoga.
