Stephen Leane

Stephen Leane serves as a Sessional member of the Adult Parole Board for the Victorian Government since August 2024 and is a Mentor and Adviser at MENTOR LIST. As the Director and Principal at Leane Advice Pty Ltd since September 2023, Stephen collaborates with CEOs and senior executives to facilitate their strategic development. Previously, from December 2019 to November 2023, Stephen held the positions of Deputy President of the Police Registration and Services Board and Road Safety Camera Commissioner, overseeing road safety camera operations across Victoria. Additionally, Stephen was the Chief Executive Officer and Board Member at ESTA from October 2020 to May 2023. With a 40-year career at Victoria Police, ending as Assistant Commissioner, Stephen focused on community service roles including internal investigations and road safety. Stephen's educational background includes advanced studies in business administration, ethics, and law from prestigious institutions such as London Business School and Monash University.
