John Cymbaum

John Cymbaum is an expert in leadership and business skills development, with a focus on AI in corporate learning. John has served as a Human Resources Manager at Drogasil and held various leadership roles, including Human Resources Director at Gates do Brasil and Director at Laboredomus Consultoria. John founded Cymbaum Consulting and co-founded FTR Desenvolvendo Líderes para o Futuro, both dedicated to coaching and strategic people management. Currently, John is a Visiting Professor at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and serves as the Head of Learning at Mentora, where they enhance learning experiences. John holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Business Administration from the Universidade de São Paulo and is pursuing a postgraduate degree in Learning Design at UFSCar.
