Mark Bender has over 20 years of professional experience. Mark began their career in 2000 as a Lead Section Chief in the United States Air Force. In 2013, they became a Volunteer Logistics and Supply Manager for the Denton County Medical Reserve Corps. In 2014, they began working for C3 as a Salesforce Data Entry Administrator and for Advantix Solutions Group as an Implementation Coordinator and Senior Implementation Consultant/PM. In 2017, they joined Studio MarkAllen as an Agent/Manager and in 2019 they began working for Avendra LLC as a Senior iBuyEfficient Implementation Consultant. Currently, they are employed by MentorcliQ as a Customer Success Coach.

Mark Bender has a long history of education. Mark obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) from the Community College of the Air Force in 2004-2006, with a field of study in Instructor of Technology & Military Science and Avionics Systems Technology. Mark also obtained an Occupational Instructor Certificate in 2006. In 2009-2013, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration, Magna Cum Laude, from Trident University International with a field of study in Business Administration and Management, General. In December 2020, they were awarded a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from the Scrum Alliance.
