Jay Parker is the founder and CEO of Mentorforce, a company dedicated to helping corporations develop their next-generation leaders. Prior to that, they held several leadership positions in tech companies such as Dell, Lenovo, and Dell EMC. Jay Parker has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Wake Forest University, which they earned from 1989 until 1993. Jay later attended the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree from 1995 until 1997.
