Jay Parker is the founder and CEO of Mentorforce, a company dedicated to helping corporations develop their next-generation leaders. Prior to that, they held several leadership positions in tech companies such as Dell, Lenovo, and Dell EMC. At Dell, they were President of the Personal Computing Group, and at Lenovo, they were President of the Worldwide Enterprise Business Group, President of North America, and VP/GM of North America Consumer & SMB. Earlier in their career at Dell, they served as Executive Director of Product Marketing for Servers and Notebook Computers.
Jay Parker has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Wake Forest University, which they earned from 1989 until 1993. Jay later attended the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree from 1995 until 1997. It is not specified whether Parker had a specific field of study during their MBA program.
