Andrew Hurst

Andrew Hurst is a seasoned professional with three decades of service in law enforcement and team development, having held various leadership roles at the NSW Police Force between 2019 and 2022. Currently, they serve as a Non-Executive Director at Mentoring Men, a charity focused on providing support to men in need. Andrew has pursued extensive education, including a Master of Business Administration with Distinction and a Master of Studies in Applied Criminology and Police Management, both earned with distinction. Their commitment to community transformation and inclusion is reflected in their work and ongoing education in leadership and human resource management.
