Our mission is to empower disadvantaged youth and their families to fulfill their potential and to contribute to the well-being of the community by forming relationships based on mutual trust, compassion, and respect. 

Here's how it works:

Strong personal relationships. The Mentoring Plus model combines personal relationships with services – one without the other would be ineffective. By getting involved in almost every aspect of a youth’s life (home, school, community, etc.) we help build bridges between support systems and positive opportunity.

We stick around. We are long term -  Our mentors are committed to helping transform teens and their families into confident, contributing community members.
