Alana Bennett

Alana Bennett is a fractional Chief People Officer, leadership development facilitator, experience designer, and keynote speaker with a passion for enhancing employee experiences. They founded Connected Experience to help businesses cultivate connected cultures, applying over 20 years of expertise in HR, talent management, and employee experience. Currently, Alana serves as an Industry Advisory Council Member at Mentorloop and as a Content Expert at Well™, while also engaging in advisory roles and facilitation with various organizations. Alana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Melbourne and a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from The University of Western Australia.
