Heidi Holmes

Heidi Holmes has worked in a variety of roles since 2001. Heidi began their career at KPMG as a Tax Consultant and Marketing Manager. In 2009, they moved to SHAPE Australia as a PR & Events Manager. From 2011 to 2014, they were Managing Director of Adage Australia, an online job board for experienced workers over the age of 45 and age friendly employers. Adage was later acquired by Sydney based job board OneShift in early 2015. Finally, from 2014 to present, they have been Co-Founder and COO of Mentorloop.

Heidi Holmes has a Masters of Business in Marketing from RMIT University, which they obtained between 2005 and 2007. Heidi also has a Bachelor of Business in Accounting from RMIT University, which they obtained between 2001 and 2004. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications; a Mentoring Others certification from LinkedIn in August 2021 and a Certified Mentor certification from Mentorloop in February 2020.
