Jhillika Kumar has an extensive work experience in the tech industry. In 2017, they were a Microsoft Student Partner and a Computational Media Ambassador at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Jhillika also worked as a UI/UX Designer and Creative Content Intern at Share This Space. In 2018, they were the CEO and Founder of Mentra, a Speaker at TEDxGeorgiaTech, and an Autism and Computing Researcher at the Georgia Tech Research Institute. In 2019, they were a UX Design Intern at Anthem, Inc. and in 2020, they were an Assistant Vice President - Accessibility Specialist at Bank of America. In their roles, Jhillika has worked on developing wireframes, designing user experiences, researching user analytics, and building resources to enable the culture shift towards universal design.
Jhillika Kumar graduated from the Dubai American Academy in 2016 with an International Baccalaureate in Physics HL, Mathematics HL, Economics HL, and Chemistry. Jhillika then attended the Georgia Institute of Technology, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computational Media in 2020.
