Mentro is a UK-based mentoring platform connecting ambitious founders, professionals, and business owners with experienced mentors who’ve been there and done it.

We make it easier to find, match with, and work alongside the right mentor – whether you’re growing a business, stepping into leadership, or navigating your next career move.

Too often, mentoring is hard to access, poorly matched, or locked behind rigid programmes. Mentro removes those barriers.

Our platform uses intelligent matching to connect mentees with mentors based on real-world experience, skills, industry knowledge, and goals – not job titles or personal networks.

For mentees, Mentro offers access to relevant, paid mentors who provide practical guidance, accountability, and perspective. There are no long-term programmes or subscriptions. You choose who you work with, when you need them, and focus on what matters most.

For mentors, Mentro creates opportunities to share experience, make a real difference, and get paid for your impact. We take care of marketing, matching, scheduling, and payments, so you can focus on mentoring, not admin or sales. Profiles are free to create, and mentors only pay a small fee once a session is booked.

We support founders, professionals, SMEs, and organisations who believe growth doesn’t happen in isolation. The right conversation, at the right time, with the right person, can change everything.

Mentro exists to normalise and democratise mentoring – making high-quality support accessible, relevant, and valued.

Do more with a mentor.
