Govind Singh is an experienced cultural manager and event coordinator specializing in folk music and arts. Since January 2014, Govind has served as the Festival Director and Co-founder of Bluecity Wall, focusing on the culture, arts, and heritage of Rajasthan, while curating folk music and dance shows. Additionally, Govind is a Partner Community and Community Architect in Arts, Culture, and Media at Mentza, and has been the Production and Folk Arts Head for the World Sacred Spirit Festival since 2009, presenting global Sufi music artists. Govind has also held regional arts management roles at the Jodhpur RIFF from 2007 to 2023, contributing to the festival's reputation as one of the world's premier folk music festivals. Previous experience includes production management for the Blue Lotus Festival and event coordination for various events at Mehrangarh Fort through the Mehrangarh Museum Trust from 2004 to 2010.
