Since 2018, Laure has been the CEO & Co-Founder of Menutech, a B2B SaaS company providing AI-powered menu planning for personalized nutrition and meal options in industries like healthcare, senior care, and hospitality. Menutech has received prestigious awards such as Horizon 2020 SME Instruments Phase I, EIT Food Accelerator Programme, and EIT Health Headstart Programme.
