Catherine Berçon has several years of experience as a business manager in different sectors (catering, automotive), Catherine saw her career turned upside down by a personal event and got involved in the medical sector. 7 years in a medical analysis laboratory in contact with patients have enabled him to develop a special relationship with people weakened by their state of health. When she joined Prévia in 2008, she participated, alongside the founding doctor, in the development of the multidisciplinary support program for employees with long illnesses in order to facilitate their return to employment. Catherine took over the management of Prévia in 2016 and ensures the development of strategic partnerships with insurers. Following the takeover of Prévia by the Menway Group, it is developing alongside the teams of Latitude RH.
