Tom Palsma

Tom Palsma is currently the Lead Data Engineer at Menzis and has held a variety of roles in data engineering and software development throughout their career. They previously served as Lead Engineer at Univé Verzekeringen, where they focused on maximizing the value of machine learning models and developing cloud infrastructure. Tom has extensive experience in business intelligence and project management, having worked with organizations such as HypoCasso, CloseSure, and Findesk. They hold multiple degrees in Computer Science from the University of Twente.
