André Pires is currently the Head of Reporting for Field Force Operations and a Business Intelligence Engineer at MEO, where they have worked since 2017. Prior to this, they gained extensive experience at Portugal Telecom from 2005 to 2009, serving in various roles focused on customer service reporting and special projects. André holds a degree in Business Management from Universidade Lusófona, which they completed between 2000 and 2004.
