David Sam

David Sam has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. In 2005, they started as an Engineering Assistant at the University of Nevada, Reno, where they worked until 2008. During this time, they also served as an Engineering Intern at Sierra Nevada Corporation from 2006 to 2008. In 2008, they joined JT4 as a Systems and Test Engineer, and they held this position until 2018.

From 2018 to 2022, David worked at KTNV Channel 13 Action News, initially as a Broadcast Engineer, then as a Lead Broadcast Engineer, and eventually as an Assistant Chief Engineer/Engineering Manager. In 2022, they joined Nevada Public Radio as the Director of Broadcast Operations, and they worked there until 2023.

Currently, David holds the position of IT Manager at Meow Wolf, starting in June 2023. With their experience in engineering, broadcast operations, and management, David brings a unique skill set to their roles and has proven to be a valuable asset in their various positions.

From 2003 to 2008, David Sam attended the University of Nevada, Reno. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering.
