Ross Linton

Ross Linton has a strong background in operations and financial infrastructure. Ross most recently worked as the Head of Operations at Meow since April 2023. Prior to that, they held roles at Percent, including Operations Associate and Operations Analyst, where they demonstrated their ability to handle banking operations, implement process flows, and manage the back office. Before their time at Percent, Ross worked as a Trade Closer and Operations Analyst at Monroe Capital LLC, where they monitored cash utilization and tracked portfolio stats. Ross also gained experience at Cortland Capital Market Services LLC, working in loan securitization and loan administration. Ross began their career as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Indiana University South Bend, conducting financial research.

Ross Linton holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Indiana University South Bend - Judd Leighton School of Business and Economics. Ross has also obtained additional certifications, including Series 65 - Uniform Investment Advisor, Series 63 - Uniform Securities Agent State Law, and Series 7 - General Securities Representative, from FINRA. The certifications were obtained in 2022 and 2023.
