Thomas Mattsson

Thomas Mattsson has a diverse work experience that spans over 25 years. Thomas is currently the Co Founder of MEQIFY, a company that supports clients in transitioning to agile operations. Prior to this, Thomas founded Mattsson Project Management AB, where they offered interim management solutions focusing on project manager and line manager positions. Before starting their own businesses, Thomas held various roles at Tetra Pak Research & Development, including Project Manager, Development Manager, and System Specialist. Thomas also worked as a Project Manager at Tetra Pak Flexible Packaging Systems Inc. and as a Development Engineer at Tetra Pak APS.

Thomas Mattsson obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Development Engineering from Halmstad University, where they studied from 1985 to 1988. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications. These include the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2009, Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM) certification from the Project Management Institute in January 2022, Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance in April 2015, another Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from The Project Management Institute (PMI) in March 2009, and the Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in January 2019.
