Jonathan Gelfand is the SVP of Solutions Consulting at meQuilibrium. Prior to their current position, they were the Global Manager of Well-being & Health Promotion Strategy at IBM from January 2018 to October 2021. In this role, Jonathan was responsible for developing and guiding global wellbeing and health promotion strategy. Jonathan also oversaw benefits and occupational health global measurement strategy, identifying risks and cost drivers. Furthermore, they collaborated with global team members to deploy culturally relevant and evidence-based interventions.

Before their time at IBM, Jonathan worked as a Health Management Consultant at Willis Towers Watson from January 2015 to December 2017. In this role, Jonathan provided consulting expertise on large, sophisticated health management projects for Fortune 500 clients in manufacturing, finance, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare. Jonathan also developed products used across the practice focusing on "Establishing and Running a Wellbeing Champion Network” and co-led creation of Metabolic Syndrome and Diabetes Employer Market Guide. Lastly, Jonathan strategically supported clients to establish multi-year wellbeing strategies, including building a global framework, mission/vision, program governance, securing senior leadership, engagement and program measurement.

Jonathan Gelfand reports to Tom Higgins, Chief Revenue Officer. They work with Chris Ounjian - VP, Sales, Kristie Howard - SVP, Customer Success, and Erica Zahka - Director, MidMarket Sales.
