Eli Tangen

Eli Tangen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2005, Tangen worked as a Rådgiver/Headhunter at Assessit, focusing on recruitment and headhunting for leadership positions. In 2006, Tangen became the owner of TangenCoaching while also on parental leave, providing recruitment, coaching, and communication courses. In 2009, Tangen joined Get as a HR Business Partner, responsible for HR advisory, recruitment, training, and leadership development. Tangen then transitioned to the role of Leader for Competence, Recruitment, and Academy, overseeing training, competence development, leader development, and recruitment for Get's Customer Service and Sales departments.

In 2015, Tangen joined Peab i Norge as an HR sjef, responsible for HR in the company's Region Build East with around 300 employees. Tangen led a team of seven employees and was a member of the region's management group. From 2018 to 2019, Tangen worked as a Rådgiver Training and Organization at Hyper (Oslo). Tangen then joined Insenti AS in 2019 as an HR sjef, where responsibilities included HR and internal and external communication.

In 2020, Tangen became the Chief HR Officer at Rainpower, leading the HR and HSE departments with a team of five employees. Rainpower is involved in hydroelectric power projects in Norway and internationally. Currently, Tangen holds the position of Head of Group HR at Mer, a leading European EV charging company. In this role, Tangen is responsible for the company's HR strategy and management across multiple countries.

Eli Tangen's education history is as follows:

From 1997 to 2005, Eli Tangen attended the University of Oslo (UiO) where they completed a degree in "Hovedfag i pedagogikk" with a focus on leadership, coaching, and communication.

In 2010, Eli Tangen took a special course at BI Norwegian Business School on coaching, mentoring, and positive psychology II.

In 2011, they completed two modules in project management certification (PMP) at Holte Consulting.

In 2006, Eli Tangen became a certified user of Cut-E tools.

In 2009, they became a certified user of the OPQ test by CEB.

In the same year, Eli Tangen attended an HMS (Health, Safety, and Environment) course at Stamina.

In 2005, they became a certified course leader in communication at Modum Bad.

In 2016, Eli Tangen obtained certification in Talent Q by Korn Ferry.
