Mera Maan Pvt. Ltd. is a Section 42 social enterprise registered under SECP, dedicated to fostering sustainable transformation through innovative and impactful solutions. We empower individuals and communities to become agents of change by addressing critical development challenges across various sectors such as agriculture, governance, and social enterprise. Our services include customized Module Design and Training of Trainers (ToT), Large-Scale Rollouts, Research and Strategy Development, and the Design, Implementation, and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) of Projects. Our focus on community-driven development, coupled with innovative techniques, ensures long-term, sustainable impact. By building "exit into entry," we empower communities to continue growing independently.
One example of our impactful work is our collaboration with the World Food Program in Balochistan, where we established nine Production and Training Centers (PTCs) and five NutriHubs, which continue to operate successfully post-project. Our approach integrates co-creation, adaptability, and the latest tools to foster innovation, accountability, and transparency in every project. Mera Maan, meaning "my pride, my dignity," was co-founded by Shahnaz and Daniyal Kapadia Rahat with a mission to create equitable, empowered communities.
