Ranjan Kalia

Ranjan brings deep technology industry expertise and over two decades of experience leading complex financial operations at multinational companies with a proven track record of achieving targeted metrics and delivering strong results and stakeholder value.

Ranjan joins Orion from Curaleaf Holdings, Inc. a leading international provider of consumer products in the Health & Wellness industry, where he served as Chief Financial Officer.

Prior to Curaleaf, from 2008 to 2021, Ranjan served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Virtusa Corp a global provider of digital strategy, digital engineering, and IT services and solutions. At Virtusa, Ranjan led the company’s finance team, as well as advised the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors on the development of business strategies, capitalization strategies, and mergers and acquisitions.

Ranjan holds a Bachelor of Commerce from New Delhi University and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Nichols College in Massachusetts.
