Ryan Marvel

Ryan Marvel currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Merakey since September 2023. Previously, Ryan held the position of Technical Recruiting Manager at Meta from January 2022 to May 2023, leading a team of over six recruiters and sourcers dedicated to hiring software engineers across various engineering pipelines. Ryan has demonstrated expertise in performance management, process improvement, and collaborative leadership during significant organizational changes. Prior to Meta, Ryan was the Recruiting Team Lead at Korn Ferry where recruitment responsibilities spanned the US, Canada, Mexico, and France, achieving notable metrics in offer extensions and time to fill. Ryan has a strong background in recruiting at all levels from various industries, having started as a Senior Recruiter at ADP RPO and working with clients across diverse sectors. Ryan earned a BA in Professional Writing from Penn State University between 2006 and 2010.
