Danielle Zille

Danielle Zille serves as the Head of Global People Operations at Merative since February 2023 and has been a member of the Board of Directors and HR Committee Co-Chair at 2nd Story since August 2019. Previously, Danielle held multiple senior roles at TransUnion from May 2016 to February 2023, including Senior Director of HR Integration & Strategic Program Management and Senior Advisor for HR Transformation. Prior to TransUnion, Danielle worked as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte and Capgemini Consulting, and gained early experience as a Commercial Services Intern at the U.S. Department of Commerce and a Financial Advisory Intern at 1031 Horizons. Danielle holds a Master's degree in International Business from Grenoble Ecole de Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and International Business (Magna Cum Laude) from Roger Williams University, along with additional educational credentials in international business.
