Deborah Rasor

Deborah Rasor is a certified business analyst and product owner with extensive experience in full life cycle development of large-scale Health and Human Services projects. They have held positions as a Senior Business Analyst at Merative and IBM, and previously served as a Business Analyst at Renaissance Government Solutions and a Policy Specialist for the CBMS Project at EDS. Deborah has specialized in developing eligibility rules, requirements definition, and data conversion, demonstrating a strong understanding of State and Federal policy requirements for Family and Adult Medical programs. They are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Instructional Technology from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University.
