Garry Heap

Garry Heap is a Principal Technical Consultant with 30 years of experience in IT solution architecture, management, design, and development, specializing in Government, Human Services, and e-Commerce sectors. Currently, Garry works at Merative, leading technical initiatives, while previously contributing to significant projects such as large-scale Social Program Management implementations in Ontario, Canada. Garry has held various roles across prominent companies, including IBM and JD Williams, where they demonstrated strong leadership and technical skills in e-commerce and benefit delivery projects. Garry earned a BSc (Honours) in Physics from Manchester University.
