Grace Tan Hardrict

Grace Tan Hardrict is a seasoned project manager and principal consultant with over 20 years of experience in technology. Currently at Merative, Grace manages multiple initiatives in the Minnesota Eligibility Technology System (METS) project and oversees budgets and resource forecasts. Previously, Grace held various roles at notable companies, including IBM and HP, where responsibilities spanned from technical project management to software engineering. Grace earned a degree in Computer Systems and Programming from Computer Learning Center and a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas.
