John McDuffee is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in system reliability and IT architecture. Currently serving as a Senior System Reliability Engineer at Merative since July 2022, John previously held various leadership roles at IBM from December 1991 to January 2001, including IT Architect and Delivery Leader. In these positions, John managed teams of up to 50, overseeing the development and deployment of IBM’s Global Expense Reporting Solution and directing significant migrations to cloud services, which enhanced revenue by $10M. Prior to IBM, John was an IT Manager at Comdata from 1983 to 1991. John is an alumnus of Nashville State Community College.
