Joseph York

Joseph York has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Joseph is currently working as a QA/Test Developer Lead at Merative, managing multiple product releases in an agile environment. Prior to this, Joseph worked at IBM as a Software Test Specialist and Quality Compliance Specialist, where they were responsible for complaint handling and ensuring product safety. Before joining IBM, they worked at Merge Healthcare as a Technical Support Analyst, and at Ricoh Business Solutions as a Technology Services Specialist, providing MFP connectivity and troubleshooting support. Joseph started their career as a Service Depot Technician at Dedicated Computing.

Joseph York completed their education at Waukesha County Technical College from 1999 to 2003, earning an Associate's degree in Computer Hardware Technician. Prior to that, they attended Palmyra-Eagle High School from 1995 to 1999, but did not obtain a degree or specialize in any field of study there. In addition to their formal education, Joseph has obtained multiple certifications, including the CompTIA Network+ and CompTIA A+ certifications in 2009, and a range of certifications from IBM and other institutions between 2016 and 2023, covering areas such as project management, design thinking, quality systems, and cloud technologies.
